Existing Housing Provider Inquiry

If you already operate independent housing and have capacity to fill, this pathway runs the other direction. Tell us about your model and we will follow up to discuss how a partnership could work.

Every inquiry gets an owner, a next action and a date

Your submission is confirmed received, assigned a reference number, and routed to a named owner with a backup. A team member contacts you to discuss next steps.

What this pathway is for

  • You operate independent housing and have rooms to fill
  • You want residents who fit your model and house rules
  • You keep your own operating model and resident agreements
  • We do not take over your operation or make your admission decisions
  • No guarantee of referrals or occupancy

Worth knowing

Existing providers keep their own operating model, licensing where applicable, and resident agreements. We make no representation about your licensing status, and we will not publish it without verification.

What happens next

  • A reference number — Issued when your inquiry is confirmed received, so you have one value to quote in any follow-up.
  • An assigned owner and a backup — A named person owns your inquiry, with a second person assigned so an absence does not stall it.
  • A documented next action — Not a vague intention — the specific next step, and which side owes it.
  • A follow-up date — A date on the record. If it is going to slip, you hear that from us rather than discovering it.
