This website is operated for Preferred Housing Network, an initiative being developed for Pieces of a Dream Foundation. The precise legal operator relationship is published here once verified. No LLC, DBA, nonprofit designation, tax exemption or government affiliation is claimed on this site.

Everything on this website is informational. Nothing on it constitutes an offer of housing, a commitment to provide housing, an agreement to pay, or a promise of any outcome.

We are a real estate and independent housing company. We do not present any property on this website as owned, operated or available by PHN, and nothing here should be read as a listing.

Referral, housing acceptance and payment authorization are three distinct steps with distinct decision-makers. A referral does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance does not confirm funding. Payment authorization does not by itself create a placement.

An agency is not automatically obligated to pay rent because it referred someone, and referring someone does not create a payment obligation on our part.

You agree not to submit client names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, diagnoses, medical records, criminal histories or financial documents through any public form on this website. If such information is submitted, we will treat it as received in error, will not use it in a decision, and will delete it.

You also agree not to use this website to submit unlawful content, to attempt to gain access to systems or records you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with the site's operation.

We work to keep published information accurate and current, and we date our resources so you can tell which version you are reading. However, availability, requirements, costs and local conditions change. Do not rely on this website alone for a housing, financial or legal decision.

Where we describe a process, we describe the process as designed. Actual steps may differ where local requirements, property conditions or the parties involved require it.

Any automated assistance on this site may explain approved public information, answer general questions and direct you to the correct inquiry form. It does not approve applicants, determine eligibility, provide clinical advice, promise funding, disclose private records, or claim that housing is available.
