Property Partnership Inquiry

Tell us about the property and your authority to discuss it. We will review it honestly against documented need — including telling you when the fit is not there.

Every inquiry gets an owner, a next action and a date

Your submission is confirmed received, assigned a reference number, and routed to a named owner with a backup. A team member contacts you to discuss next steps.

What we do not promise

  • No guaranteed rent, or any rental income at all
  • No government payments or subsidised payment commitments
  • No guaranteed occupancy or minimum fill rate
  • No investment returns, yield or appreciation
  • No approval of your property, or a timeline for it
  • No exclusivity, listing or management arrangement

Worth knowing

Potential structures depend on the actual parties, the property, permitted use and reviewed written agreements. Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation on either side and does not reserve anything.

What happens next

  • A reference number — Issued when your inquiry is confirmed received, so you have one value to quote in any follow-up.
  • An assigned owner and a backup — A named person owns your inquiry, with a second person assigned so an absence does not stall it.
  • A documented next action — Not a vague intention — the specific next step, and which side owes it.
  • A follow-up date — A date on the record. If it is going to slip, you hear that from us rather than discovering it.
