Housing Partnership Desk

Every inquiry gets an owner, a next action and a date.

A partnership inquiry that disappears into an inbox is worse than no inquiry at all. The Housing Partnership Desk exists so that does not happen — for agencies, providers and property owners alike.

Why the Desk exists

Accountability is a process, not a promise.

It is easy to say an inquiry will be handled well. It is harder to design a process where that is structurally true. These are the five things every inquiry in our system carries — not as aspirations, but as fields on a record.

What we do not publish

Response-time commitments are published only after our staffing and workflow have been tested against them. Until then we describe the process rather than promising a number we have not proven we can hit.

What every inquiry carries

Five things, on every record.

Agency, provider and property inquiries run through separate pipelines, but each record carries the same five elements.

A reference number

Issued when your inquiry is confirmed received, so you have one value to quote in any follow-up.

An assigned owner and a backup

A named person owns your inquiry, with a second person assigned so an absence does not stall it.

A documented next action

Not a vague intention — the specific next step, and which side owes it.

A follow-up date

A date on the record. If it is going to slip, you hear that from us rather than discovering it.

A clear internal status

Your inquiry sits at one known stage in our pipeline at all times, so anyone picking it up can see where it stands.

And a clear boundary

We do not ask agencies to send resident records during introductory business conversations. Resident-specific referrals move through a separately configured protected process with appropriate authority and consent, restricted access and minimum necessary information.

The pipeline

Seven stages, always visible.

Your inquiry sits at one known stage at all times. Anyone who picks it up can see where it stands without asking you to repeat yourself.

Separate pipelines

Agency, provider and property inquiries run apart.

Different questions, different reviewers, different next steps — so an agency conversation is never answered with a property process, or the reverse.

Agency Housing Inquiry

For organizations describing housing need. Documents counties, household size, room format, affordability, payer categories and referral requirements.

Provider Inquiry

For existing housing operators with capacity to fill. Documents your market, formats, resident profile, house rules and screening process.

Submit a provider inquiry

Property Partnership Inquiry

For owners, managers and investors. Documents the property, your authority, proposed use, timing and asking rent or proposed arrangement.

Where integrations are not yet live

Some connections that would automate parts of this process are not yet in place. Where a function cannot work safely, it is disabled rather than simulated — we do not fake scheduling, confirmations or receipts. Sensitive uploads remain disabled until approved infrastructure is working.

Start an inquiry and watch the process work.

You will get a confirmation, a reference number and a named owner — and a team member will contact you to discuss next steps.
