Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you send us.

This policy describes what this website collects, what we do with it, and the limits we place on ourselves as a real estate and independent housing company.

Last updated: 2026-10-10

Who this policy covers

This website is operated for Preferred Housing Network, an initiative being developed for Pieces of a Dream Foundation. The precise legal operator relationship is published here once verified. This policy applies to information submitted through this website.

What we collect through this website

Our forms collect professional and partnership information: your name, organization, role, work email and phone, counties, approximate demand, housing preferences, affordability ranges and payer categories, callback preference, and whatever you choose to write in the free-text fields.

We also collect a CAPTCHA verification signal with every form submission to reduce spam, and we may collect non-identifying interaction counts (such as a form being started or submitted) to understand whether the site is working.

What you must not send through public forms

Do not submit client names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, diagnoses, medical records, criminal histories or financial documents through any public form on this website.

These forms are for partnership and general inquiry information only. When a referral reaches stage two, it moves to a separately configured protected channel with restricted access, and only with appropriate authority and consent. Sensitive uploads remain disabled until that infrastructure is verified.

How we use what we collect

  • To respond to your inquiry and route it to the correct internal owner.
  • To document housing need or property availability in aggregate, so we can direct development.
  • To send updates you have specifically opted in to receive.
  • To improve how this website and our intake process work.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

What we deliberately do not do

  • We do not place sensitive referral details into marketing CRM notes.
  • We do not send sensitive referral details by ordinary email or SMS — those channels are not appropriate for protected information.
  • We do not run advertising or tracking pixels on protected referral pages.
  • We do not disclose private records, and we do not confirm or deny that an individual is known to us.
  • We do not publish confidential resident locations or personal information on this website.

Marketing consent

Marketing consent is separate from your inquiry and is always optional. Declining it has no effect on how your inquiry is reviewed, how quickly it is answered, or what you are told. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any update we send.

Donation and sponsorship communication is kept entirely separate from partnership inquiries, and we are not currently soliciting donations on this website.

How long we keep information

Partnership inquiry records are retained while a relationship is active or under consideration, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accountability purposes. Retention periods for verified protected-channel records are set by the operator once that infrastructure is established, and will be described in a separate notice at that time.

Your requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the general questions form and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond to the address we hold for you.

Unresolved items

For internal review before publication: the retention schedule, the specific legal operator details, the designated privacy contact and the jurisdiction-specific notices for the states in which PHS operates are not yet confirmed. These are required to make this policy complete for a live service.
