Bring PHS to Your County
Expansion decisions are driven by documented local need and suitable property partnerships — not by a map. If your county is not a current focus area, this is the conversation that changes that.
Every inquiry gets an owner, a next action and a date
Your submission is confirmed received, assigned a reference number, and routed to a named owner with a backup. A team member contacts you to discuss next steps.
What helps us prioritise
- A specific county, and the communities within it
- The broad kind of housing that is missing
- Roughly how many households are affected
- Whether there is property interest locally
- A local organization we can talk to
Worth knowing
We do not publish launch dates, and submitting this does not commit us to operating in your county. It does put your county's need in front of the people who decide where we go next.
What happens next
- A reference number — Issued when your inquiry is confirmed received, so you have one value to quote in any follow-up.
- An assigned owner and a backup — A named person owns your inquiry, with a second person assigned so an absence does not stall it.
- A documented next action — Not a vague intention — the specific next step, and which side owes it.
- A follow-up date — A date on the record. If it is going to slip, you hear that from us rather than discovering it.
