Cookie Policy

What this site stores in your browser.

A short, specific account of the cookies and similar technologies used here, and the tracking we deliberately do not do.

Last updated: 2026-10-10

The short version

This website uses cookies and similar browser storage only where they are necessary for the site to function — remembering form submission state, protecting forms from automated abuse, and counting non-identifying interactions so we know whether pages work.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run advertising or tracking pixels on protected referral pages.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to operate. These include whatever is needed to keep a page functional and to deliver our forms. The site cannot work correctly without them.

Security and abuse prevention

Our forms are protected against automated spam using a CAPTCHA service. It sets a challenge and records a verification signal so we can tell a real submission from a bot. It may set a cookie as part of that process.

Non-identifying measurement

We count interactions such as page views and form submissions so we can see whether the site and our intake process work. We have designed this to record non-identifying conversion events rather than personal data, and we do not feed sensitive form content into analytics.

Protected referral pages carry no analytics

Pages that handle protected referral information are deliberately excluded from analytics and tracking. We do not place sensitive referral details into analytics, advertising pixels, marketing CRM notes, or ordinary email and SMS.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of this site — particularly the forms — from working correctly.

Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies specifically, and offer a private browsing mode that discards cookies when you close the window. Our forms will still work in most of these configurations, though the spam-protection check may behave differently.

Changes

If we add a new category of cookie or a new third-party service, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly introduce advertising or tracking technology.

For internal review before publication: The specific cookie names, their individual retention periods, and the full list of third-party processors are not yet enumerated here. This should be completed — including a jurisdiction-appropriate consent mechanism if the site will serve visitors in regions that require one — before the site is relied upon by the public.
