Accommodation Requests & Concerns
Raise an accommodation request, or a concern about how you have been treated. These are different things, and they are handled on different tracks so neither dilutes the other.
Every inquiry gets an owner, a next action and a date
Your submission is confirmed received, assigned a reference number, and routed to a named owner with a backup. A team member contacts you to discuss next steps.
Two tracks, handled separately
- Accommodation requests: reviewed individually against the specific property
- Conduct concerns: reviewed separately from accommodation requests
- No blanket exclusions based on disability or assistive devices
- You are never required to name a diagnosis to request an accommodation
- Where a request cannot be met, we say so directly and explain why
- Decisions and their reasoning are documented
Worth knowing
Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, dates of birth or financial documents in this form. If documentation becomes necessary, we will tell you what is needed and how to provide it securely.
What happens next
- A reference number — Issued when your inquiry is confirmed received, so you have one value to quote in any follow-up.
- An assigned owner and a backup — A named person owns your inquiry, with a second person assigned so an absence does not stall it.
- A documented next action — Not a vague intention — the specific next step, and which side owes it.
- A follow-up date — A date on the record. If it is going to slip, you hear that from us rather than discovering it.
