Request an Agency Introduction
A short briefing for your team on what PHS is developing, what we do not provide, and how our process will work once properties are verified. No sales pitch — this is a scope conversation.
Every inquiry gets an owner, a next action and a date
Your submission is confirmed received, assigned a reference number, and routed to a named owner with a backup. A team member contacts you to discuss next steps.
What a briefing covers
- What PHS is building, and the stage we are actually at
- The independent, nonmedical housing scope — and its exclusions
- The four-step partnership process, start to finish
- How agency referral requirements get documented
- How resident choice, acceptance and payment stay separate
- Open questions from your team, answered honestly
Worth knowing
A briefing is a scope conversation, not a placement opportunity. We describe how we work and what a partnership involves — we do not use briefings to imply that housing is imminent.
What happens next
- A reference number — Issued when your inquiry is confirmed received, so you have one value to quote in any follow-up.
- An assigned owner and a backup — A named person owns your inquiry, with a second person assigned so an absence does not stall it.
- A documented next action — Not a vague intention — the specific next step, and which side owes it.
- A follow-up date — A date on the record. If it is going to slip, you hear that from us rather than discovering it.
