Property Partnership Readiness Check
Work through ten questions and see what a partnership review actually asks. Nothing is submitted automatically, and nothing here approves, declines or commits your property to anything.
What this check does — and does not do
This tool organises information. It does not score your property, approve it, decline it, estimate rent or returns, or make any decision. There is no pass or fail. It produces a summary you can bring to a conversation with a person.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee rent, occupancy, investment returns, agency payments or government backing. Submitting anything creates no obligation on either side, and nothing is agreed until a written arrangement has been reviewed by both parties.
We confirm who holds legal ownership, and where you are not the owner, what authority you hold to discuss and commit. This is the first thing a partnership review establishes.
Please do not enter tenant names, personal information or financial documents. This check is for property and partnership details only.
Bring this to a conversation.
A readiness summary plus a short call tells both sides quickly whether there is something worth pursuing — and if there is not, we will say so.
